There is a piece of malware doing the rounds on Garrysmod. Clients become infected by joining an infected server. Infected clients spread the malware by joining a server that has sv_allowupload or sv_allowdownloads set to 1. Any server that has "!!!" in the front of its name is infected with this abusive source engine exploit.
