Reddit and Giphy are bringing GIF comments to every sub that wants them - The Verge

Reddit is partnering with Giphy, an online hub for various Internet GIFs to bring GIFs to Reddit comments. The partnership will give users in-house access to GIFs that they didn’t have before. Existing moderators will have the ability to opt-in to the new feature if they see fit while newer subreddit moderators will see the immediate update.
