Answer (1 of 6): They do. There’s nothing stopping a girl from participating in an e-sports tournament, as far as I’m aware. It’s just that not many girls participate as guys do. There’s no discrimination barring them from it. If a girl thinks she’s good, she can enter these tournaments.
