Gráficos, audio e adição de 5 novos personagens - o Boss Team de KOF 96 (Geese Howard, Wolfgang Krauser e Mr. Big), Kasumi Todoh (KOF 96) e Eiji Kisaragi (KOF 95). Shingo na versão original (Slugfest) não possuía trio e agora juntou-se a ele o Eiji e Kasumi. O game ta recheado de extras desbloqueáveis. Um dos meus favoritos na minha gameoteca de PS2.
