PokéStop Showcases, or simply Showcases, are contests held at PokéStops during certain events. PokéStop Showcases allow Trainers to leave a Pokémon at a PokéStop to enter a timed contest for rewards. Each Showcase features a certain species and a requirement to be judged against. Each Showcase judges a specific Pokémon species under a specific criteria.
