So i'm currently on episode 45 and for all the praise this show gets, the action is lack luster. With still images being used most of the time, and what i don't get is that in some scenes they use normal digital work. Then in other scenes they use static images on what would have been a fantastic scene. The way they go about doing certain scenes makes me more than infuriated. EDIT - since some didn't see my comment. Well it's official. HxH does in-fact get better. Animation is also not the sole reason i watch shows. But as somebody that watches shounen, it hasn't got what most shounen have. And that is great animated fights and scenes. BUT, episode 47 changed that, at least for now. Awesome fight scene and was ended fairly quickly unlike a lot of other shouenen. Which is good i suppose except that it doesn't really make sense that somebody with only 6 months of experience was able to take down one of the worlds strongest. Although the explanation for it made sense, technically speaking it doesn't. Only reason i point this out is i've heard countless times that everything in this anime makes sense and plot armor doesn't exist. Mod Note: Moved from general Anime Discussion.
