Chills 360, a popular Dallas-based ice cream shop known for its Thai ice cream rolls, arrived to Montrose with its totally Instagram-worthy ice cream treats. Using an ultra cold plate that reaches temperatures well below 16°F, you can watch as cream turns to ice cream right before your eyes. The ice cream is then scraped into rolls and arranged into a cup with your choice of toppings. Because the ice cream is made to order, you’ll have to wait a little so make sure you’re not rushing to get anywhere. Flavors include green tea matcha, fudge brownie, and taro and lychee. Grab your order and make sure to snap a picture of your frozen creation. The shop’s unicorn mural makes a great backdrop. Chills 360 is open late, a huge plus if you’re out and about in Montrose. Opening hours are Sunday through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
