While there’s not much to do in From Software’s Armored Core: Verdict Day, it’s still a solid entry in a consistent yet predictable franchise. The Verdict War multiplayer modes help the series take a step in the right direction, but a lack of players, camera issues and repetitive gameplay unfortunately do nothing to help it improve. Perhaps one day the Armored Core series will be the next big thing in online multiplayer, but as it is, this mech-action game needs a bit of fine-tuning.
